 The Campbells are a beautiful family, especially with their new addition baby Cora! She was blessed on Sunday, and we did a mini shoot to document the day.

oh how i love these little boys! they gave me a good workout chasing them around the yard.. but the smiles and giggles i caught were worth it! Enjoy!

Sisters.

sisterhood is a word that is close to my heart. being able to watch as these two sisters develop such a deep, and amazing bond has been the greatest joy. my two daughters whom i love more then i ever imagined possible.. loving eachother. it truley has added a whole new demention to this journey called motherhood.

this evening after Family Home Evening, i ran back into the house to get my camera.. i just knew that i would cherish these photos.

i just know when it's that moment. when i'm taking photos.. i know before even going back through them which ones were it.. which photo was the one.

lifestyle photography to me, means that you pick up your camera during regular daily activities, and document the heck out of them!

it's something that anyone can do.. and you should! it's these little, simple, normal things that you forget. you forget what your babies face looks like elbow deep in a chocolate chip cookie. focused, yet knowing that this is a treat, and being a little silly at the same time. those tiny, chubby fingers.. coated in melted chocolate!

lifestyle photography shoots are some of my favorite. 

a proper, dressy family portrait has it's place, i know.

but it's the moments like this one, that you see the real person.. you see who they are, through the lens.

i love that.

there isnt much better in this life then a fresh baby from the bath!

all squeaky clean and happy and oh that baby smell!

they should make a perfume out of baby soap and lotion.. best seller to all mama's. 

am i right?!
